Sveti Filip i Jakov Set to Get New Nautical Port Worth 41 Million Kuna!

A big investment for Sveti Filip i Jakov!

As Zadarski.hr writes on the 21st of January, 2018, the coastal municipality of Sveti Filip i Jakov is set to get a worthy investment worth 41 million kuna.

While there isn’t a great deal to be said of the project at the moment and in its current phase, it is known that the development of all necessary documents and studies for a call for tenders for a concession for the construction of a brand new port in Sv. Filip i Jakov is currently in progress, as was confirmed to Zadarski by Branka Batur.

Back in 2016, ŽLUZ received a letter of initiative from a concession company that includes the construction of 80 communal and 126 nautical berths, and the total investment amount is about 41 million kuna without VAT.
