Croatia Airlines Cuts Down on Zagreb – London Flights in Winter Schedule

There will be no morning flights to London Heathrow October – March.

Even though on September 6, 2017, EX-YU Aviation reported that Zagreb Airport has recorded its fifth consecutive month of passenger growth, Avioradar.hr reported on August 25, 2017, that Croatia Airlines is cutting down on Zagreb – London flights in their winter schedule (October 29, 2017 – March 24, 2018).

Croatia Airlines has sold its Heathrow airport slots in the morning to Delta Airlines, and Delta is taking over the slots when winter schedule starts.

This means that Croatia Airlines will now only have afternoon flights to London Heathrow (four times a week, on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday), operated by Airbus A319. There will be no new flights to other London airports to substitute the morning service.
