Croatian Tourism Board’s (HTZ) campaign “Out of Office Award 2016,” created by agencies BBDO Zagreb and Grayling, has won the prestigious MIXX award at the Communication Days festival in the category of Brand Awareness Campaigns. The MIXX competition was built upon the IAB international licence, part of which are awards for the best digital companies and digital tools or platforms in the area of market communications. The award was commented on by HTZ Head Office Director Ratomir Ivičić, stating one of the main goals of the HTZ is to raise awareness of the brand and its values.
“We are especially proud of this award which is a result of quality work and cooperation of HTZ with agencies BBDO Zagreb and Grayling. For us this was a high quality campaign which achieved excellent results, confirmed by the expert jury made up of professionals from all segments of the digital industry. The rating criteria include creativity, strategy, performance, use of media and achieved results, with all criteria equally important in the final rating and choice of winner,” stated Director Ivičić.
The campaign was also a winner of the silver IdejaX award in the tourism, culture and leisure time category. This national competition awards original ideas which move boundaries, regardless of the media they use on the market. The fifth edition of the Communication Days was held in Rovinj this past weekend, with awards for the best marketing and communication projects. The festival attracted a record number of 2.200 visitors from the country and region.
