Game of Thrones’ Kings Landing is Actually a City in Croatia

Another viral video for Game of Thrones and Dubrovnik on March 16, 2017. 

Yes, we all know that King’s Landing is the City of Dubrovnik.

Or do we?

It was very interesting meeting some Dubrovnik tour guides during the Feast of St Blaise, who had some rather fun tales of tourists being astounded that the set of the Game of Thrones city had not been constructed for the filming, but was in fact an historic city. 

Lovely video from Insider Pop Culture below, entitled Game of Thrones’ Kings Landing is Actually a CIty in Croatia. 

And looking at the comments after the 1.4 million views in just a few days, there are plenty of people adding Dubrovnik to their bucket list based on the video.
