The renovation is almost complete, as Suncani Hvar announced an opening date for their much anticipated first millenial hotel on May 30, 2016 – Pharos, hvar bayhill hotel.
The prices are affordable (online booking from 40 euro a night), the clientele decidedly next generation, and I for one am fascinated to watch the progress of the first fully renovated hotel in Hvar Town in several years, a hotel whose design and reconstruction has taken into account one of the fastest growing sectors of incoming tourists – the millenials.

With their fortunes improving and on the back of a record season in 2015, Suncani Hvar has decided to tap into the new tourism trend, and invest in a 7 million euro upgrade of its 2-star Hotel Pharos, which could be found in the woods behind Veneranda, into a swanky new four-star hotel oozind Millenial charm.
