July 15, 2015 – Ever wondered what are the best beached in Pula? Here are top 10 beaches of Pula chosen by locals.
Last year Gradpula.com, the oldest independent Internet portal in Istria (since 1996) asked their visitors to rank the 10 most beautiful beaches of the largest city of the Istrian peninsula. A few thousand locals took part in the poll, and we bring you the results with the respective number of votes in below list. All beaches listed are located only about 3 kilometres from the centre of the 3 000 year old city, and most of them can be reached by bus, parking is also available.
Thanks to the jagged coastline on the southern tip of the peninsula, there are countless more more or less hidden bays and beaches. In order to avoid “The Beach” scenarios, locals have tacitly agreed to avoid mentioning some of them.
