BBC Chef Rick Stein is enchanted by the gourmet delights of Split and Korcula.

More positive promotion of Croatia as a gourmet destinations, as both Split and Korcula featured in the latest episode of Rick Stein’s BBC series ‘From Venice to Istanbul’.

Having left Venice, the Croatian action starts in the video below at 07:45 with arrival in Split and some great fish treats near the famous Split fish market, before investigating two Split institutions, Villa Spiza and Tri Volta, and some lamb in the hills in Zirovnica, before heading off to the picturesque village of Lumbarda on Korcula – Grk country.
