Wildfires in Dalmatia Visible From Space

Multiple wildires that are ravaging Dalmatia for two days now can be seen from space

NASA published a photograph taken by their satellite Aqua, showing the heavy cloud of smoke that’s spreading over the Adriatic sea to Italy.

The situation still isn’t under control. According to Slobodna Dalmacija, the blaze spreading towards Zadar reached a 200-metre distance from the first line of houses, and the residents of Zadar County are constantly reporting they can hear detonations in the areas covered in mines.
