October the 8th, 2025 – Women Who Move the Sky is a unique event dedicated to women who, with their presence, knowledge and courage, are changing the face of aviation, or who plan to. It will be held on October the 10th, 2025, at Ramarin Ranch, in Garčin.

The Women Who Move the Sky event was born out of the innovative Sky Lab project, and was conceived as a dinner and networking meeting that brings together female pilots, flight controllers, engineers, students, entrepreneurs, investors, and all those who are just looking to forge a path in the world of aviation. All information related to the event can be found on SkyLab.club, where you can register to attend the event scheduled for October the 10th.

“Women Who Move the Sky is my way of gathering the women behind the cockpit, flight control, business decisions and technical solutions – and to give them a space to connect outside of the formal framework,” Eva Pavić, founder of Sky Lab and organiser of the event, revealed.

This isn’t just about more panels and formal lectures, but about creating a space where women can connect, exchange experiences, support each other and open new doors of cooperation. The goal is to build a network that will grow every year and become a key meeting point for women in aviation in the wider region.

“I don’t want another panel or conference. I want to get people together around a table where ideas, collaboration and friendships are created, because it’s precisely in such places that real changes are born,” explained Eva. This is not an event only for those who already exist in the world of aviation, but also an opportunity for those who are just thinking about it, to meet women who have already stepped into that world in an inspiring atmosphere.

“My goal is for Women Who Move the Sky to become an annual meeting of women from aviation – a place where connections are made, projects are planned and doors are opened to new generations,” concluded Eva Pavić.
