Wine takes a lot of mutual understanding, which is why wine production is often a family business. It comes from the heart, requiring total commitment and belief. In the end you get elegant wines with a specific character and a special Mediterranean note. The production process is a closed circle, repeated annually and if you don’t love the job, the grapes won’t love you. They are happy to defy tradition and proud of their modern knowledge, ready for a revolution. Trapan winery is young, including the people who live through it. So their wines are rock’n’roll – brave, resolute and confident. Because wine is not their product, wine is their life.
