I was afraid I would lose that scent. But, here it is abundant. Unique scent of Istrian Terrano… just perfect. Terrano.
Raw, meaty fruit, spice, smooth mix as pannacota plus ethereality. Crazy.
And that’s not all. Such a strong ground mineral on the palate!?! Harmonious structure, muscular body, ideal 12.7%. Preserved freshness and penetration of Terrano with phenomenal juiciness.
Polished perseverance owes a lot to seemingly gentle tannins screaming “This is Terrano. A fantastic one.” Powder ready to explode in the mouth.
Apparently innocent tannins will still paint you in the colour of rabbit’s blood. Heart frequency. Without restlessness, composed, but insistent. Stern.
Intravenous fructose.
My impression aside, I couldn’t avoid the “superior” stamp on the bottle. Either I made a bad mistake somewhere, which I doubt in this case, or some of the “seducers” reads these pages. I agree this is probably the best Ritoša Terrano yet and one of the best in general.
