Yellow spice of Chardonnay, some butter, some vanilla. Coloured with maceration in the visual and aroma sense, but very clean, maybe too clean, sterile so the tannins seem more form wood than the macerate.

Doesn’t hold as much as it should, as if the substance was watered down with over demanding coupage. Blanc is made from a selection of Malvasia, Chardonnay and Sauvignon.

On the other hand, very good energy, acidic freshness that persists. Compote of apples and dried apricots, opening up at higher temperatures.

Experimental quantities in numerated bottles (351/1300). Unfiltered, 13.1%.
