It may feel strange to be looking forward to rain, but I for one can’t wait. After the hottest summer I can remember on Hvar, there has been almost no respite for almost two months now. Threats of occasional rain have somehow circumvented Jelsa all summer, apart from one brief shower, but tomorrow should be the day.
The weather forecast for Jelsa predicts something of a storm tonight with some refreshing rain tomorrow. The island certainly could do with a drop of the wet stuff, and am sure normal sunshine service will be resumed shortly, but enjoy the brief rain interruption and the cooler temperatures which are on the way. I know I will.
