Attending the birth of your child is one of the great experiences in life, and in Croatia that is obviously no different.
But this being Croatia, no baby can arrive without a little bureaucracy – or a way around that bureaucracy.
A look back to one of the happiest nights of my life, as well as a look at the process of attending a birth in Croatia as a foreign father.
And then the fun starts. Trying to be a modern Dad in traditional Dalmatia, and how locals reacted to a diaper-changing, bottle-feeding tata over his morning pint in the local cafe.
