This is exactly what the well known Croatian entrepreneur and project investor Jako Andabak imagined, thanks to which Croatia’s tourist offer will be even richer for a brand new 5-star resort, which includes a hotel, six buildings with 60 luxury residences, in front of which there will be a landscaped beach, several large swimming pools, a children’s pool and a playground. In other words, everything necessary for an ideal Dalmatian break for the whole family is interwoven into this new space – from the wellness and SPA zone, fitness centre, restaurants, bars, children’s facilities, all the way to the new marina in the immediate vicinity.

The idea of the whole Molum Hotel & Residences project is to combine a good investment with carefree pleasure. What might come as a surprise is that some of the residences are already on the market and are for sale, according to the model of serviced residences. The manager of Molum Hotel & Residences guarantees a minimum annual return in the amount of 4% of the purchase price/investment in the first four years, i.e. until the end of 2027.
