As Pula Closes, Motovun Film Festival 2015 Begins

Motovun is once more the centre of Istrian film attention.

As the successful 62nd Pula Film Festival drew to a close, the younger, but increasingly important Motovun Film Festival has opened nearby in the Istrian town of the same name. 

Now in its 18th year, the 2015 Motovun Film Festival is partnering with France, and there will be a heavy French influence in the 100 films to be screened. 

The festival runs until July 29. You can see the opening highlights from a previous year below, and the full 2015 programme here.
