Why not join a unique gastro and leisure tourism workshop in Split?
The Croatian Tourist Board (HTZ) and the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts (HOK) have organized a training workshop on gastronomic products, which will be held on June 6, 2017, at the Hotel Park in Split.
The workshop will provide top educational content and information on world trends in the gastronomy and oenology segment, including marketing, and is intended primarily for chefs in restaurants and hosts of catering establishments.
The lecturers are renowned chefs that have been crowned with Michelin stars and top sommeliers including Lionel Levy, Marco Stabile and others.

The number of seats is limited and up to 100 participants from Dalmatia (from Zadar to Dubrovnik) will be able to attend. Applications will be received until the site is filled.
In June, there are plans to host a workshop in Opatija, and in autumn two workshops will be held for the continental part of Croatia.
