Video: Fire Engines Leaving Split

Even though the Dalmatian fire departments were quick to react and immediately headed to all of the fire sites around Split in the last few days, the grave situation called for more forces soon thereafter. Fire brigades from multiple cities in Croatia, including those from Zagreb and Rijeka, joined the local firefighters in their battle against the blaze. Now that the situation is mostly under control and their help is no longer needed, the members of continental fire departments departed for their seats to get some deserved rest.

A video of numerous fire engines leaving Split has been published on Facebook earlier today by Milan Šabić. We’re all forever thankful to all the brave firemen who hurried down south to Dalmatia to help. Take a look at the footage below:
