Ivan Pernar Poses with Girlfriend in Dubrovnik

Can even one of Croatia’s most outspoken politicians be left speechless by Dubrovnik’s beauty?

The 31 year old Živi zid founder, activist and Parliamentary Representative, Ivan Pernar, published a photo on Facebook with his girlfriend in Dubrovnik yesterday.

By far one of Croatia’s most ”out there” political figures, back in 2011, Pernar founded the Alliance for Change Party which later became Živi zid. The Zagreb born politician has been a member of the Croatian Parliament since the 2016 elections and is never found very far from controversy. He has gained notoriety over the years, in both a positive and a negative sense, and become well known throughout the country for his shock value speeches in Parliament, as well as for filming himself getting into a verbal altercation and being physically removed from the building by security.
