Accolades for Croatia’s very own Zagrebačka banka.
As Poslovni Dnevnik writes on the 16th of February, 2018, at a ceremony held in Amsterdam on Thursday, Croatia’s Zagrebačka banka received an award from the International Institute of Top Employers, which is chosen by leading employers around the world.
The award stands as a recognition of the companies that provide excellent working conditions for their employees, who nurture and develop the talents and skills of their employees at all levels of the organisation, and strive to continuously improve their respective employment practices.
Thus, among the best employers, the Institute of Top Employers, Croatia’s very own Zagrebačka banka was recognised as an excellent place to work, and Ana Bašić, Director of Human Resource Development, accepted the praiseworthy award on behalf of bank.
“Employees are the key to the success of every company, so employee care and the development of their knowledge and skills necessary for our mutual (common) progress has continued. In addition, we want our employees to feel comfortable and, thanks to the approach of balancing a professional and a private life, we strive to create a positive working environment in which they’re fully engaged and actively contribute to the bank’s success,” stated Biljana Ljuban, of Zagrebačka banka, adding that flexible working hours, days off for birthdays or for the first day of kindergarten or school of employee’s kids are just some of the benefits provided by the bank.
UniCredit, of which Zagrebačka banka is a member, has been awarded the title Top Employer at the European level thanks to the local certificates it has received in Croatia, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy and even in Russia.
