All you need is snow, some talent and good will!
After Delnice and Gorski kotar were hit with an impressive amount of snow in the last week, breaking the records of how much snow there is on the ground (this year 185 cm was measured and the record was 175 cm).
You can imagine it’s a nightmare to handle all that snow, but it seems that some people have missed it and are enjoying it more than others, and we don’t mean the kids who couldn’t wait for the joys of winter to finally arrive in late February.
Aleksandar Gospić, a photographer from Zadar, showed the world on his Facebook page how a lady from Delnice “decorated” the snow in front of her house. Her name is Ankica Kezele, and she is the hero of this year’s snow storm, with her brave defiance in drawing the flowers of spring on the 2-meter high snowbank. Those flowers will melt, but the nature will make sure that very soon after they melt the real flowers appear with spring!
