Care to learn more about your city this weekend?
On the ’Day of International Recognition of Croatia, free guided tours have been organized on Sunday January 14, 2018,f or the local population throughout Croatia as part of the ‘Meet Your Country’ project.
The action is launched by the Croatian Tourist Guides Association (ZDTVH) with the sponsorship of the Parliament of the Republic of Croatia and the support of the Croatian Tourist Board. The Sinj Tourist Board, along with the Sinj – Osinium Association of Tourist Guides, have also joined the action. In all cities involved, and there are 40 of them, free guided tours will begin exactly at 12:00.
The Sinj Tourist Board invites all citizens of Sinj and the Cetina region to join a tour of Sinj, accompanied by a certified tour guide. The planned tour starts at Alojzije Stepinac Promenade, and participants will have the opportunity to find out more about their city, the prominent people who influenced its development, and numerous public sculptures, the Tripalo Palace, Danek Villa, the Kamičak fort, the Church of the Miraculous Lady of Sinj and the Sinj Museum the Alka and the Franciscan Monastery.
