Tonight, July 22nd at 21h, the Sinj Public Theatre will perform the cult show “Dujo Manzan and Mate Manistra” at the City Theatre in Sinj.
As part of the 60th anniversary of Sinj folk theatre, director Željko Viculin has picked this performance to commemorate the occasion, as well as to honor the opening of Days of the Alka and the Assumption beginning today.
The program is uniquely special as all generations of actors will be represented during the performance, recognizing the anniversary of Sinj folk theatre from 1956-2016.
Performers in the play are: Marko Duvnjak (Dujo Manzan), Miranda Katić (Ana, Dujo’s wife), Nikolina Bulić (Marica), Ana Bota (Ljubica), Tin Poljak (Ante), Lovrin Tomašević (Mate Manistra’s shoemaker), Dinko Franchini (Jakiš Manzan), Fran Vučković (Bepo), Luka Ugrin (Nikica), Miljenko Vardić (Filip Bilanija, municipal police), Kažimir Tomašević (Ferdinand Ivačić, judge), Marko Mioć (clerk), Ivan Kulić (Frano Bareza), Ivana Ratković (šjora Fila), Petra Ugrin (Jela, made for šjor File), Davor Ratković (Martin Puvalo – Murle), Mario Bilandžić (Mate Krolo, innkeeper)i Iva Šuste (girl in folk costume).
The stage manager is Dijana Rančić, costumes by Blaženka Romac, prompters Mary Mandac and Tatjana Katić, lighting by Nikša Katić, and Nikica Ugrin for technical.
