For the 60th anniversary of the Museum of Cetina Region – Sinj, the exhibition ‘Pokrenimo muzejske zbirke’ which presents selected collections from the museum’s exhibitions as part of the permanent exhibition, will be displayed. The exhibition will open this evening at 20h.
The emphasis of this exhibition is based on selected museum exhibits, with an aim to familiarize the public with the richness and diversity of the exhibits at the Museum of Cetina Region – Sinj.
“During the sixty years of activity, the museum has been constantly enriched with valuable acquisitions, purchases, donations and archaeological research in the field of Sinj and the Cetina. Museum of Cetina Region – Sinj emerged from identity, geographical and historical entities for which it was named, and is an example of a local museum that strives to focus its activities on the preservation of the same identity and the security of life,” said the director of the museum Anita Librenjak.
The organizer of the exhibition is the Museum of Cetina Region – Sinj, and the authors of the exhibition and leaflet are Anita Librenjak, Nikolina Knezović, Danijela Petričević Banović.
The exhibition will be open Monday to Friday from 8h to 16h, and Saturdays from 8h to 13h.
