The Trilj Tourist Board invites you to the 5th annual Christmas Fair to be held on Sunday, December 17, 2017, from 10:00 to 15:00 at the parking lot of the suspension bridge in Trilj.
The program begins at 10:00 am with the opening ceremony and the start of the fruitle competition. Out of 4 registered teams, the professional jury will choose the best and tastiest fritule for the winner of the award.
This year’s event also boasts a wonderful gastronomic offer with specialties from restaurants within the Trilj region and performances by Udruga reraša and guslara, the Trilj majorettes and children from the Košuta Company.
With the fair’s variety of Christmas decorations and handicrafts, honey and jewelery products, you will surely find Christmas gift ideas for your loved ones, and thus support the work and effort of all exhibitors.
As a special part of this event, visitors can expect “ADVENT ON THE BRIDGE” – a student fashion show on the suspension bridge including students in the 3rd grade of Trilj Elementary School. Darija Mravak and Brankica Marinović created the fashion designs the students will be wearing. This event will begin at 14:00.
The fashion designs will also be worn by Ivan Tadić, Katarina Banić, Gabrijela Periš, and the first little Miss Trilj Marija Dragušica Kotromanović, Anđela Pavić, Antonija Ćaleta and Dajana Omrčen.
Marijana Vukan, Vinka Radman and Marija Gabricevic will lead the makeup and hairstyles of the participants, while the parents of the 3rd-grade pupils will help coordinate the entire show. Teachers Ana Caleta, Nada Lapic, Niveska Juraga Kovačev, Sandra Bešlić and Librarian Marija Čelan Mijić are also included in the show’s production.
