A special event is taking place in the Secondary school of economics in Dubrovnik
The Committee for Gender Equality of Dubrovačko-neretvanska County will mark this year’s Women Entrepreneurship Day, reports Glas Grada. In collaboration with the Association of Businesswomen ‘Krug’, they are organising a special event at the Secondary school of economics in Dubrovnik on Tuesday, 23 May at 9:30 AM.
The school of economics will house a group meeting with the students who are learning about entrepreneurship as part of their curriculum and are preparing for careers in business. They will meet with their professors and former students of the same school who ventured into entrepreneurship, making this a great opportunity to get insight into the challenges women face in the business world.
The Committee for Gender Equality and Krug Dubrovnik planned the event aiming to contribute to the promotion of entrepreneurship among the young citizens, as well as to underline the positive influence of women in business on the economic and social growth in their communities. A worthy effort and a great opportunity for youth in Dubrovnik!
