00 (or +) 385 + Mobile Code* + The Number *

00 – Exit code when making an international call from United Kingdom
385 – Croatian country code for inbound calls
20 – Dubrovnik city code or Mobile code (for example 99, 98, 91, 95)
00 + 385 + 20 + Local Number – International dialing code format

To call a mobile phone to any other country from Croatia, you must dial exit code 00 + country code for inbound calls + city code + phone number.
