The Treasury of the Dubrovnik Cathedral, also known as Riznica Katedrale in Croatian, is an impressive reliquary museum that showcases more than 200 ornate gold and silver reliquaries shaped according to the body parts they house. Among the 132 relics of saints dating from the 11th to the 19th centuries, the ones that certainly stand out are the head, arms and leg relics of St. Blaise, the patron saint of City of Dubrovnik, crafted by Dubrovnik goldsmiths date between the 11th and 12th centuries. In addition to reliquaries, there are also extraordinary paintings from the Romanesque-Byzantine icon of the Virgin with Child from the 13th century to the paintings by Padovanini, Palma il Giovane, Savoldo, Parmigianino, P. Bordone and others.
