December 6, 2018 – Have you made it to Brasserie on 7 yet this winter?
We’re already almost one week into the most wonderful time of the year – December and the festive holiday season. With this prized territory comes the best reasons to eat, drink, and be merry, and lucky for those of us in Split, we have a world of options to do just that.
One of our trusted favorites, however, is Brasserie on 7. The ravishing Riva restaurant not only decks out their digs in holiday decorations this time of year, but their inviting winter menu is reason enough to park yourself at this waterfront establishment all season-long.
Visitors to Brasserie can enjoy a charcuterie of cheese and chicken liver parfait, or for those with a bigger appetite, the pork filet saltimbocca, seafood barley, braised beef short rib burger, or a traditional Dalmatian pasta with shaved black truffle and pancetta crumble.
Brasserie’s new menu even has something for vegans – or those you of who may grow tired of all the sausages, sarma, and seafood. Guests can enjoy the vegan bowl with quinoa, bulgar, baby spinach, and leek dressing.
Brasserie’s special ‘Advent’ menu is even more enticing, featuring favorites like beef bourguignon, duck confit with a squash and chestnut puree, gnocchi ‘a la bakalar’, or butternut squash and chestnut soup.
And for those of you hoping to imbibe a bit in the festive season (because who wouldn’t?), you can enjoy Heineken, a variety of grappas, B7 red or white wine, craft mulled cider, or craft spiced cloudy apple cider.
Are you convinced yet?
