Brasserie on 7 is here to fuel your morning with their new speciality blend!
With the new spring season (almost) in full bloom, it would only make sense for Riva heroes Brasserie on 7 to hit us with something new – and this time, it has a little punch.
For all of you religious coffee drinkers who are especially particular about sipping your cup of Joe on Split’s famous waterfront promenade, and for the rest of you who enjoy a piping hot cup of coffee surrounded by coastal scenery and darling French-inspired decor, you’ll be happy to find that this Split brasserie has just introduced a brand new speciality coffee blend on 7!
Specifically, Brasserie on 7 has entered the world of specialty coffee with Hug & Punch Coffee Co., a brand new roaster in Croatia who launched on the coffee bean scene just last month.
“Sourced by the best. Roasted by the best. That’s us. Our wish is to give coffee lovers the enjoyment of top quality coffee and proven origin,” reads the mission statement of Hug & Punch, and that’s something we are happy to stand behind, too.
Even better, Hug & Punch has created Brasserie on 7’s very own signature blend, boasting 40% of the coffee beans from Brazil, 40% from India, and 20% from Peru which tickles your taste buds with a chocolate aftertaste. We think this would marry nicely with one of Brasserie on 7’s delicious desserts. You know how much we love them.
If you’re looking to dig a bit deeper than the coffee, don’t forget that Brasserie on 7 has one of the best breakfast offers in Split, including eggs benedict, French toast, and even Acai bowls for those trying to tame the waistline before summer.
Better yet, Brasserie’s seasonal lunch and dinner menu explodes with flavors from the Mediterranean while sprinkling the region with a touch of modern quirks – and let’s just say that any place you can order a grilled octopus salad, BLT sandwich, seafood risotto, sous vide chicken and cheese or carrot cake to top things off is a place fine by us.
