Croatian Design Stores: The Way to Shop in Split

Daniela Rogulj

Here’s a scenario: You’re on holiday, you’re in Split, and you so desperately want to find a one of kind souvenir to bring to your family and friends back home. Rather than opt for the easy knock off Croatian football jersey or the vials of lavender oil that may very well spill in your luggage (don’t get us wrong, we love the lavender oil), why don’t you have a look at some of the uber cool and ever so unique Croatian design stores we have in the city?

Croata: The cravat is a neckband and the forerunner of the modern tailored necktie and bow tie, originating from 17th-century military unit known as the Croats. In addition to the unique designs you’ll find at Croata’s shops, there is also a shop museum intended to showcase the local heritage. At Get Get Get, you can find the works of academic painters, photographers, and architects. Get Get Get is located in the center at Dominisova 16.
