Zinfandel opened their doors to the cuisine-curious crowd of Split nearly four years ago. Having quickly become the go-to establishment for a good glass of wine (they carry over 100 bottles and 30 wines by the glass) and perhaps the best charcuterie board in the region (you heard it here first), Zinfandel continues to to bring innovation to Croatian classics while introducing new flavors to the taste buds of Split.
Zinfandel recently launched their new breakfast menu which is sure to wake you up, perk you up, and get you started off on the right foot for your big day ahead. Here’s a closer look…
For a magical start to your morning and because we want to start things off with a bang, the Champagne Breakfast at Zinfandel is the way to go. A little bit sweet, a little bit savory, and even a little bit bubbly, this breakfast winner includes a glass of Grabovac sparkling wine, American pancakes, and eggs benedict!
For those who want to stick with the savory, you can choose from eggs benedict with homemade (yes, homemade) English muffins, the breakfast baguette with pečenica, rocket, and aioli, or the classic Zinfandel omelette with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, and rocket.
For those craving something a bit sweeter, you can choose the American pancakes topped with caramelized bananas, fresh berries, and creme anglaise.
