Brasserie on 7, one of our favorite Riva restaurants, is always a necessary go-to while you’re in Split. The laid back ambience, chic atmosphere, and undeniable quality have propelled this restaurant to be a leading force in the Split restaurant scene. Another thing that separates B7 from the rest? They serve breakfast!

When talking about breakfast, we don’t mean your average Dalmatian restaurant serving their take on what breakfast should be, usually serving basic egg omelettes and sub par bacon and sausages. When we talk breakfast, we want the real stuff, and lucky for us, B7 serves up just that.

Because the early mornings on the riva are some of the nicest to enjoy, B7 has made sure to include menu items that will only further enhance your experience. Offering up French pastries, coffee, and fresh squeezed juices are just some of the perks, but let’s delve into the menu a bit more to get down and dirty in breakfast land with B7.

First off, let’s talk eggs. B7 offers one of the only true eggs benedict in the city of Split, making perfectly cooked poached eggs, pieces of ham, and of course, hollandaise sauce to complete the effect. Other egg dishes include the omelette on 7, made with leeks, ham, and mushrooms (YUM), and for the healthy folk – an egg white omelette with homemade semi-dried tomatoes, smoked salmon and fresh rocket will suit you.

For breakfast specials B7 has a two tiered brasserie breakfast, including an omelette with asparagus and goat cheese and cinnamon french toast with ricotta, caramelized bananas, and maple syrup (yes, you heard that right, FRENCH TOAST). Another massive perk? English breakfast! B7 serves theirs with sunny side up eggs, ham, hashbrowns, breakfast sausage, cherry tomato confit and sauteed mushrooms.

For the healthy breakfast eaters, B7 has you covered. Their two tiered granola including homemade granola, fresh seasonal fruit and yogurt should be just right, or you can choose from a fresh selection of seasonal fruit.

To keep the brasserie true to the name, B7 also offers a baker’s basket, consisting of chocolate and plain croissants and freshly baked bread, served with butter, jam, and honey.

B7 is open for breakfast every day from 7:30am-11:30am.
