The program for Split Spot Festival has been released! The festival begins on Friday, May 27th, showing the first half of a series of music video clips up for nomination and continue with concerts by Rezerve and Gatuzo. On Saturday May, 28th the program will include a display of the second half of nominees, the awards show, and concerts by Rolo and Laka. The festival will be held at Tvrđava Gripe.
Split Spot Festival began this year with a carefully chosen selection of 170 music tracks from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro. The preselection jury consisted of 35 people, mostly those who have been nominated for the awards in the first two editions of the festival. This list also included certain people in the media, musicians and critics. The final number to be voted upon will bring us to the top 40.
The final voting will be based on the selected music videos by each artist submitted to Split Spot Festival in 2016. Other awards categories are:
– Best Director
– Best Photo
– Best Editing
– The Best Animation and Visual Effects
– Best Debutant
– Audience Award

Admission to both evenings open their doors at 20:30, and is free of charge until 21:30, after which a cover of 30 kuna is required.
