If you’re looking to soak up some art

30. Adria Art Annale at Diocletian’s Basement – All Day: Adria Art Annale is an exhibition of solidarity – the author’s names do not stand out, and the works highlight the real problems of all the inhabitants endangered by the galloping selfishness and the desire for financial certainty. Years of experience led to today’s artistic form of this exhibition, which does not deal with the presentation of the individual genius as in talent shows but by creating a space of true communication among the divided social groups.

The Jubilee 30th AAA is a struggle for space art and culture that are the only possible serum/response to “eternal return”. Fascism is openly celebrated in the streets of Europe’s major cities, Croatia wants to become the “leading weapon manufacturer in the region”, public goods, beaches, forests and water springs are privatized, and our city, or city government, stand side by side of crime.

Because we’ll be enjoying such a warm weekend here in Split, why not take advantage of one of the city’s favorite parks, Sustipan? Located just 10-minutes from the Riva (and along the West Riva which we all love), we recommend having a picnic and setting up shop there until sunset.

Here’s a reminder of why we love it so much.

Happy Weekend!
