On Sunday, May 22nd at Sustipan, Lea Loncar will be hosting one hour of Vinyasa Yoga. The session will begin promptly at 18:00.
In Vinyasa Yoga, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Ashtanga, Baptiste Yoga, Jivamukti, Power Yoga, and Prana Flow could all be considered Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa is also the term used to describe a specific sequence of poses (Chaturanga to Upward-Facing Dog to Downward-Facing Dog) commonly used throughout a Vinyasa class. The critical part of Vinyasa Yoga is to practice dynamic, coherent, and fluid exercises, always aligning your breath with your movements.
Lea Loncar is welcoming anyone, from beginners to the more advanced!
The event takes place as part of a public health event “Zdravlje je moj đir 2016”, translated roughly to “health is my thing”. All events and activities are free.
Bring a yoga mat and your best attitude!
