There are many outlets for exercise, and an incredible amount of health food stores to condition our bodies to feel good, and we’re lucky to have some solid gyms where we can ensure we maintain salubrity. Here are some proper gyms for you to build up intensity whether you live in Split, are just visiting, or feel you need a day to blow off some steam.
California Gym has been established in Split since 1994. With three rooms for fitness, bodybuilding, an aerobics hall, fitness classes, and cheap prices, California gym has been a go-to for gym lovers young and old. Your trial training is free, and they offer personal trainers for a more individualized experience. Some of their memberships even include a free sauna visit! California Gym is located on Zagorski put kod 6 not far out of the center.
Next we have Marjan Fitness Center (also known as the Olimpijski Centar), located on Osiječka 11. Marjan Fitness Center offers a variety of exercise machines and free weights ensuring all of your cardio and strength training needs are met. They offer free towels for your workout as well as television entertainment for your viewing pleasure! Definitely a perk to make your workout a little easier.
The fitness center inside our central mall in Split, Joker, is a fan favorite. Fitness Center Joker features a large gym (one of the largest in all of Croatia) with the latest fitness equipment. Joker offers programs for athletes, rehabilitation, and weight loss. There are individual training programs from anything to health and food counseling, personal training, and wellness services. Located on the 4th floor of the Joker shopping mall, they even offer free parking! Joker is located at Put Brodarice 6.
