Interesting information from the Split.com.hr website about a highly actual topic for many – organized by the Split Youth Club, a seminar (in English) will take place for (not only) students about How to turn a Hobby into a Career. This is what the website says about the seminar:
Andrey Shtylenko is a serial entrepreneur, who manages several projects, including the development agency for startup companies and carries out a number of educational programs for students and young entrepreneurs.
“In the category of young millionaires, I was one of the slower – I made my first million at the age of 27. Honestly, the money did not last long – I used it to move to Croatia. I wasn´t sure, what I want to do in life. I had so many different interests, that just the idea of limiting to one specific occupation would have been unthinkable. However, for the last 5 years, I have been working in an area, which is one of my greatest passions: Researching about how our talents and childhood can help us build a successful career, whether working for someone else, or owning a business.”, explains Andrey.
Andrey will share the following at the Youth Club:
– Which internal and external signs to observe when choosing a career (to become the very best in that field)
– how to identify whether a career is worth the effort or not
– how to strategically plan your education and a career
– how to stay motivated in a chosen career and how to recognize when the time comes to switch to a new one
The workshop (in English) will take place at the Split Youth Club (Split 3, Ruder Boskovic 20/II) on Wednesday (September 16, 2015) at 18:00.
