Going out this weekend, but don’t know where to go? Check out these 5 events!

As many locals flock to the coast during the summer months, Zagreb nightclubbing scene dies down, but there are still some pretty cool events you can check out this weekend.

1)William Collins at the Garden Brewery

Looking for relaxing tunes, cool atmosphere and great craft beer? Come on down to the Garden Brewery at Slavonska avenija 22f.

On Saturday, take it easy with the world-known DJ – William Collins – who will bring his Ecletic Spring special selection of good music. Collins is known for mixing it up and playing different genres of music, such as Latin Jazz, Nu Soul, Broken Beats, Funky UK etc. The programme starts at 6 p.m. The admission is free. 2) Dubstep at Pločnik Bar

Join the birthday party at Pločnik club and bar, which recently celebrated its first birthday, and swing by Pločnik on Saturday, when the members of Volumen collective – Spaleo, Inka and Pudlika – will select only the finest of bass and dubstep tunes.

3) Dirty Dancing in Močvara Club

Located by the River Sava embakment, a little bit outside of the city centre, but only 5 minutes by bus, Močvara Club is the iconic nightclub which this Saturday will host one of its most successful and longest-running programmes called Dirty Dancing. Dance your troubles away to the music of  Madonna, Michael Jackson, Kim Wilde, Cindy Lauper, Duran Duran etc. The event starts at 10 p.m. and ends late into the night, at 5 a.m.

4) Eric Sardinas at the Hard Place

Fan of live rock music? Head over to Hard Place, the biggest small rock’n’roll club in Zagreb, and listen to Eric Sardinas – one of the best blues-rock guitarists today. The love between Eric Sardinas and Zagreb audience blooms for over several years now when he performed in sold out clubs, so make sure you don’t miss out what is likely to be another brilliant fully-packed show!

5) Petar Dundov at DEPO Club
