Zagreb is slowly joining the ranks of other European cities which offer multi-day passes to their visitors, enabling them to enter restaurants, bars, museums, theatres etc. at a discounted price or for free. CityPal is an example of such card, intended primarily for young people looking for recommendations for great beer, good food or best places to go out at night.
There are various options to choose from and save with:
• 75 kuna (€10) for 24 hour
• 100 kuna (€15) for 48 hour
• 125 kuna (€17) for 72 hour
• 150 kuna (€20) for one week
You can save up to €150 on combined fees and admissions! Find the selling spots here.
In addition to the card, CityPal website is a great source of information directly from the locals about the best spots in town, meaning that you’ll avoid all the crowded tourist traps. The aim is to recommend the best local producers, shops and restaurant and bar owners to tourists so that everyone is happy – businesses because they have a chance to promote Zagreb and their business, and tourists because they get to visit only the best places, at discounted prices.
There are also discounts for taxi rides, bike rentals and various trips in and around Zagreb.
