Never tried the unique range of Dubokovic wines? If you are in Split, now is your chance.
Until I started working with the Hvar Wine Assocation, I did not realise just how active its members were promoting the island and its wines both nationally and internationally, and it is a full-time job following all their activities.
There are eight members of the Hvar Wine Assocation in action tonight in Zagreb at Vinoteka Bornstein, and for those of you living in and around Split, Paradox Wine and Cheese Bar will be hosting their first tasting of the year, with Ivo Dubokovic of Jelsa, Croatia’s leading boutique winemaker, the theme of the night on Wednesday, January 29, from 20:00.
