Price list and procedures for the new Hvar helicopter service.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The helicopter service has now ceased for season 2013, and will resume in 2014. If you are looking for a private plane transfer, please contact us and we can arrange from Split, or Dubrovnik to Stari Grad with onward transfer.
Lots of interest in the new Swiss helicopter service announced yesterday, and it was encouraging to get phone calls from many of the main service providers on the island. If the helicopter service is a success, it will become a permanent fixture for Hvar’s tourism, which can only be of benefit to the island’s luxury market.
The owners of the business, IHS Private Club, have sent me details of prices and procedures for booking. This page will be constantly updated as the season progresses, and the owners hope that the prices will come down if they can negotiate cheaper landing fees – a transfer from Split to Brac includes 145 euro in landing fees for example – all prices below include landing fees, but we are publishing them for information purposes. If they come down, so will the prices.

Brac : 850 euros (because fees: 85E in Split and 60E in Brac)
Zadar : 2395 euros (fees: 85E Split and 85E Zadar)
Dubrovnik: 3080 euros (fees: 85E Split and 85E Dubrovnik)
Zagreb : 4350 euros (fees: 85E Split and 85E Zagreb)

Brac : 360 euros (fees 60E Brac)

Zadar : 2350 euros (fees 85E Zadar)

Please note:
Helicopter transfers to Hvar are to Stari Grad airfield only. Currently other helipad destinations are not available due to insurance reasons.

All prices above are for members of the IHS Private Club. At least one member must be on the flight, in addition to the pilot. Annual membership costs 20 euro. Payment must be made in full before the flight.
Maximum weight per seat is 110kg. This can be increased with 48 hours notice (less fuel in the tank). It is possible to take luggage but it will be on the lap of the passenger. Please contact [email protected] for separate arrangements for luggage transfer.
Transfer services to/from the airport:
Transfer from Hvar will be 250 kn, 100 kn from Stari Grad (included ferry port), 150 kn from Jelsa or Vrboska. Other locations on request.
