Day 4 of the Wines of Balkans quiz about Hvar wines, which is proving to be quite a challenge.

Answers to Hvar Wine Quiz – Day 3: 1. Parents of Plavac mali are Crljenak Kaštelanski (a.k.a. Primitivo & Zinfandel) and Dobričić. 2. Home of Dobričić variety is Šolta island in Croatia and USA admires Crljenak Kaštelanski (they call it Zinfandel!) 3.
