What’s the weather like on Hvar island?

An island that sees over 2700 hours of sunlight a year, you might wonder what type of weather Hvar welcomes.

As you might have guessed, the island boasts a Mediterranean climate with dry and hot summers and mild (though wet) winters. Average temperatures in the summer are between 28 and 29 degrees Celsius, and in the winter between 5-12 degrees Celsius. Snow is very uncommon on the island, though rainfall in both the summer and winter season is common.
