On their arrival back from Rio, participants of the Paralympic Games will be welcomed home to Croatia by many eager fans and a concert by Vatra and Detour.
Our Croatian representatives in Rio have so far won four medals, including those won by Sandra Paović with a gold medal in table tennis, Mikela Ristoski with a gold medal in the long jump, Zoran Talić with a silver in long jump, and Velimir Šandor with a bronze medal in discus throwing.

Although part of the Croatian paralympic team have already returned back to Croatia from the games, most of the athletes will land in Zagreb this Wednesday, September 21. In their honor, a grand spectacle will be prepared.
The paralympian’s return will be met with a rich music program by Vatra and Detour, along with a dj program. The crowds will gather at the Zagreb fountain and Ul. Hrvatske Bratske Zajednice beginning at 17:30h. For those who will not be able to attend, a live transmission has been secured on channel two HTV from 18:30h.
All citizens and fans are invited to join our paralympic athletes in this great celebration. Congrats to all the participants!
