Trogir’s first and much needed burger bar opened a few weeks ago, have you tried it yet?
Bubalus Burger Bar, a first of its kind in the town of Trogir, offers up eight different kinds of burgers, sandwiches, salads, and fresh squeezed juices.

While the focus is mainly on the burgers, owner Slaven Juric has also made a strategically specific and careful selection with his beers, and even offers breakfasts (including superfoods like chia seeds) every morning. And as it should (and would), Bubalus also offers an extensive wine list, with a particular focus on Dalmatian wines.
As far as the interior goes, Bubalus is classic yet industrial, avoiding any hint of dark flavor, and rather creating a much more warm atmosphere with blue colors, soft fonts, and light fixtures exposing just the right amount of light.
