The band played at Zagreb’s Šalata on Tuesday.
“Dobra večer, Zagreb,” Simon Le Bon shouted before starting the amazing concert at Šalata, on August 29, 2017, 16 years after their last show in Zagreb.
The band opened with their latest single, Paper Gods, from the 2015 album of the same name, their fourteenth.
Even though the audience loved it, it went into a trans only after the band started playing older hits such as The Wild Boys, Ordinary World, Girls On Film, ending the show with Save a Prayer and Rio.
The band members got to Esplanade a day early, where they patiently signed autographs for fans and took photos with them, and fans came from Italy, Slovenia, Hungary, Scotland, and even from Canada. It looks like they enjoyed the city – Simon Le Bon took a photo in front of St. Mark’s Church and John Taylor made a four-legged friend.

A great show with an amazing atmosphere, a real treat to end the summer with, or get back from vacation earlier, which many Duran Duran fans did to get to the concert.
Take a look at what two of their hits sounded like below:
