This week chef Nikola Marković presented the new spring menu in which he added to existing classics completely new dishes and in cooperation with Adena offered a menu combining food and drinks. For all those who often hesitate what to drink with a fine meal, they prepared special “50 cocktail pairings.” They list meals in combination with the best exotic cocktails so guests need not ponder what to order with, for example, Harvest (vegetarian burger) which goes great with the Avocado Batida cocktail, while admirers of Japanese dishes who choose the Tonkatsu will complete the experience with the Sake Champagne Mohito cocktail, and the Mediterranean Sangria is ideal for chicken wings.

“We strive to constantly introduce new flavors, we make our own sauces, and the remaining ingredients come from small family farms. I am happy we are on the fine casual map of Zagreb gourmet places and I believe we will soon be ready with our summer delicacies since it is coming up fast,” said Adena Lavin.
