A nice employment opportunity for the large Croatian diaspora in Dublin.

As part of his or her work assignment, the employee will work with the Croatian market team to review content reported for potential abuse, resolve user account issues, improve the overall support experience for the market, as well as solve thematic global issues. The person will be part of a data-driven analysis culture and will also help scale operations by optimizing and automating processes, solving challenging problems and helping to prevent them. The selected candidate must be well-acquainted with Facebook’s products and standards and be aware of the current events and usual behaviour of Croatian users of Facebook and Instagram.
In order to get this job, you must have at least a bachelor’s degree and two years of work experience (preferably in analytical positions), as well as the ability to think strategically and independently. An additional advantage is the knowledge of Excel and SQL. In addition, it is necessary to speak the English language and, of course, be fluent in the Croatian language.
Although the ad does not contain info on the salary, the Glassdoor website reports that the average annual salary of Facebook’s market operations expert based in Dublin is 41,000 euro, or about 3,400 euro per month, which is approximately 25,500 kuna.
