Hollywood actress Julia Roberts is in Split with husband Daniel Moder, reports 24sata on Saturday 23rd September 2017.
It seems famous celebrities cannot get enough of Croatia this year. Julia Roberts is the latest in a line of A-List celebrities to visit this beautiful country, this time in Split on the Dalmatian coast.
Confirmation of Julia Roberts arrival came from the popular Bokeria Kitchen and Wine Restaurant, reports 24sata. The restaurant did not confirm any details from the night, what Roberts ate, how much she tipped etc. – the usual thing that happens in many prominent restaurants for which the faux pas usually end up costing them elite clientele.
We are not surprised either, Bokeria Kitchen and Wine have nothing but an outstanding reputation and the owners pride themselves on delivering excellent, non-obtrusive service, making it Split’s most popular restaurant among travellers and VIP clients alike.
The only detail the owners revealed to 24sata was that Roberts was an “extremely pleasant guest” and even photographed with their staff. Roberts was also spotted on the Riva – doing Split like a local; it was a private affair though, no autographs with fans, which is her style.
Husband Danny Moder has been filming the ”DJ Ibiza” series on Žnjan beach in Split for the last few days which is meant to represent a popular Spanish resort.
Luckily the summer season is dying down and hopefully Roberts and husband Danny Moder can enjoy some time in Split.
